It'S good to hear people are getting through things without smoking. I have been around enough smokers in the weeks I've been smoke free but don't linger. It still smellls good to me and always has but I don't want to smoke and re-addict myself. Chantix heps a lot but I guess I should give myself some credit too. I've been fooling around with quitting a few years and this is the first time I ever lasted more than a few days. all the best My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 340 Amount Saved: $80.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 17 Mins: 53 Seconds: 10

Atta girl, star!!!!! A week's worth of triggers....all passed with flying colors. Isn't it a wonderful feeling when you realize that no matter what anyone else is doing, you have really truly chosen to not smoke anymore? Please reward yourself in some way, just to mark this very important test passed.
