aloha Good to hear that you made good use of the time even when events didn't turn out quite as you expected. You know in other times, had you had the unexpected involvement with your niece, you may well have consumed a boat load of cigarettes. This time you managed without them and even got the benefits of a bit of sleep...Now ain't that one for the books... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 209 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,270 Amount Saved: $1,463.00 Life Gained: Days: 38 Hrs: 3 Mins: 14 Seconds: 24

nonic another nice one i went to the big island the other day for a planned r&r. I had had a calabash 19 yr old niece here for a month (she came after i had planned this little respite), and it was exhausting, altho she is a great kid, it was just hard being in charge of her anyways...back to my big island trip....It rained almost the whole time I was there...lol I could have been bummed, but instead, I loved that I could just lie around and read and nap. In my heart it was a sunny day : ) -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 122 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,880 Amount Saved: $829.60 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 0 Mins: 12 Seconds: 23

Noic I will share my sunny days with you anytime. Life is a teacher, and we are the students. I have learned though life events there is always a warm hug from my higher power. No matter what we have to endure in life it will always lead us to exactly where we should be. Oh, yes there are times I am fighting like a she cat not wanting to change, then with surrender comes by peace follows. Isn't life wonderful :) Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 82 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 820 Amount Saved: $246.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 2 Mins: 31 Seconds: 58

I'd say that would be about right...There is always the theory of opposites as in if its never rainy it is never sunny, since we would have no understanding of either...I find it difficult living in this world of duality, but interesting none-the-less... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 208 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,240 Amount Saved: $1,456.00 Life Gained: Days: 37 Hrs: 23 Mins: 38 Seconds: 27

The saying goes. "Into everyones life..a "little" rain must fall" So if only a little rain must fall.....then the rest must be sunny...right?
