MACE
It does get easier!!!! You're in the worst of it right now. Within a few days it will be way easier, because the nicotine will be out of your body. Drink lots of water to help that along. Breathe...deeply and often...lol Distract yourself..with exercise, a walk outside, a movie, a good book, a phone call, a shower, or a nap. You are doing one of the hardest things you will ever do, so pamper yourself a little. Rest when you feel like it. It might help to keep track of the craves, so you can find the patterns or triggers. Just keep telling yourself you might want a cigarette, but you will not smoke, because you are a nonsmoker now.
and just remember Not One Puff Ever and you will be fine
