Right on Roc... I know what you mean...Everytime I go into Quick Trip I feel the urge to buy a 3 pack special...BUT it does get easier...Now I go in and buy coffee and wintergreen Tic-Tacs...It's amazing...instead of it costing me $15, I only spend about $2...minus the $3.00/gallon for gas. Aloha is right...cuz we all know Roc loves ice cream treats! Congrates on DAY 2...Much love my nizzie... That is great roc!!!!!! When you do eventually have to get gas, you might want to buy yourself a different treat....creamsicles and fudgsicles are in season ;) What are you doing to cope with the craves? Whatever it is, keep doing it. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 89 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,560 Amount Saved: $605.20 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 12 Mins: 19 Seconds: 25

Day two is almost over and I still haven't had one. I had some major cravings this morning when I was on the road, but I am ok as long as I never stop for gas!!! Roc that's so great. I was just like you. I had never gone a day in 15 years without not just one, but with at least 20. You are doing great. It gets better and better. you can do it roc! Just tell yourself...yeah I want a cigarette But am I going to have one? No! You know why? Because I'm a nonsmoker, that's why! One day is awesome! Day two will be a bit better, and day three is easier yet. By day 4 you will be feeling so much better. Promise. aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 88 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,520 Amount Saved: $598.40 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 9 Mins: 26 Seconds: 42

It is 9:00PM and I have been working on keeping busy. I will be very busy at work this week so that should help. I am having my strongest cravings right now. My wife has been helping me with support. My biggest fear now is if I blopw it and have a cigarette. I feel good right now. I have never gone a whole day. Preparing has helped me a lot. Tomorrow is another day. I hope I am successful on day 2.
