Hi Legend, Glad you stayed on that chair and didn't succumb! That nico-demon was just keeping you on your toes. Keep strong. Legend, I sincerely apologize Sir! It is difficult to determine gender on this site, and I'm not an expert with the gender neutral talk. I hope I didn't offend you. However, You are still AMAZING and you got through it. (Rubbing your ear??? That's new) MomMom's are very good at hugs, so here's another (((HUG))) Have a wonderful day. the very female MOMMOM PS I guess you can forget about the ladies room suggestion, LOL!

OK,it's all gone now. Dear Lord, that hit me like a freight train, I really almost completely lost my quit. Thank you so much everyone for helping me out through this, you are all just the best people in the whole world. Especially MomMom, who talked me through this without realizing I'm of the male persuasion. Hard to tell on the net, despite my dashing good looks :p Thanks, MomMom, and I'll take that hug just the same. I hope I can return the favor, with interest, one of these days. Way to go, getting through this Legend. Just remember, at this point the nicotine is long gone from your body. It's all in your head (i.e. psychological)and you can control what you let get into it! Remember you are CHOOSING to stay strong. Talk to yourself (out loud if you want or silently) and say "NO, I will not let this addiction worm it's way back in while I'm distracted by stress!" Then try to move on. So far, it's helped me. Hang in there and keep reading and posting as needed. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/29/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 167 Amount Saved: $53.04 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 6 Mins: 52 Seconds: 0
