Chi,
Don't be depressed!! You are dong the right thing! I won't lie, this is going to be the hardest thing you will ever do- but also the most rewarding. Freedom takes a bit of elbow grease, so dig in your heels and tell your addiction the way it is going to be. For once, YOU are in control- not that disgusting tube-o-chemicals.
Get through the day one minute at a time. You can handle that, right? You can go without a cig for a measley 60 seconds right? Hang on tight- each day it will get easier, as you put more distance between yourself and your quit. And remember- cravings will pass by themselves and all that nicotine will be out of your system within 3 or so days- so drink lots of water an tea to help your body flush out the chemicals and speed up your recovery.
Cravings won't kill you- smoking will. You choose.
We are all here for you- please keep posting, I promise there will be someone here who has had the same experience as you.
You can beat this. c'mon Chi!!
