Boy, sometimes it is hard to remember..........
But, I do know that on my 2nd night of my quit, I got so ansy, aggitated, nervous, etc.... that I bolted out the door and walked a slow walk around the block. I talked to myself every step of the way. People must have thought I was nuts.
So, every time I craved, I either shoved candy in my mouth, went for a walk, or just plain old plopped on the couch and listened to my hypnosis cd...........
I'm sure I've forgotten quite a few..... But nice job with this. It is really interesting to find out how others cope (or coped!).
Best wishes to all!
