No, it isn't me ... ROFL!!! I just thought it was funny looking. Figured it would make you smile/laugh! As far as replacing the nicotine ... why don't you replace it with something healthy like a yummy calorie free drink or mint or flavored gum? Treat/Reward yourself ... you aren't smoking! Great Accomplishment! Hang in there Savvvy. Remember patience in all this. Before you know it you'll be at a month smoke and nicotine free and you'll look back at this post and be amazed at the difference in how you will be feeling then opposed to now. The freedom is indescribable ... and so worth it! Awesome!!! Good for you two - the sooner its out of your system the better! I was on the patch for two weeks before I tore it off and then there was no looking back. It felt great to finally be "rid" of the nicotine. It took a few days for my body to adjust but I remember thinking "why didnt I do this from the start?" Glad you have someone to do it with! Best thing you ever did. The nicotine will be gone from your body in 72 hours and that's a great feeling. Stick with it and put up with a little unease and you will see that the benefits are enormous and cumulative as each day passes. Penitent d862
