The thread you're most likely looking for is: TOP 10 SIGNS OF SSC ADDICTION, written by one of the founding members of the Fresh Air Freaks. You could check out their threads, also. Sometimes you gotta replace a bad habit w/a good one, kids. Whatever sticks the quit, I say and I believe any self-respecting FAFreak will tell you the same. LOL Windy.
fortunately, haven't started getting up in the middle of the night to read posts yet.
Stick around and you probably will. I know a lot of us have! Congratulations on your quit. You are doing an awesome job! N2K's thread is one of my favorite. AHHHH, thanks gonna for the prayers. I need that. Coming to scc is a way for me to divert my thinking from smoking. Cravings come. Reading about NOT smoking helps me realize what a good thing I am doing for myself. It helps the craving pass and cements my resolve to stay nicotine free. SCC is a fabulous quitting tool. I completly understand the feeling of being addicted to this place. I feel like it is a positive thing though. It has become my release rather than going out side to light up. Anyway....positive changes....makes a successful quit.
