it used to be said that until you had passed through a year, all the changing seasons, all the situations where you took comfort or relaxation in smoking, you would have these feelings.....maybe not exactly 'craves'....but the feeling that something was missing?
When you are going to spend leisure time, get something in hand to distract you. straws? if you no longer need to have them in your mouth, they at least keep your hand busy. a pen and paper when you sit down....doodle or take notes of thoughts.
and your answer is a resounding YES....this does finally pass....ole nic leaves you alone and you finally taste true freedom.
