Congratulations, tomorrow is your first day aof freedom.
You are prepared. Just take one craving at a time and you will be fine!
Post and read as much as you can, and keep yourself busy. It helps a lot!
See you around

pookie,

Good luck as you begin your journey as a non-smoker! You can and will get through this successfully!

It sounds like you have taken some important steps in preparing for your quit. Keep up the great work and remember, that this preparation will continue within your quit as you prepare for certain triggers or create and emergency coping plan.

Stay close to the boards tomorrow pookie and let us know how it goes!

may i suggest that once you get your car all cleaned up , throw a bag of hard candy or something similiar in the car for when your driving and get a craving.
we are really glad you're here. i love and respect everyone of you in our military.

well here we are doing the count down  today is my last day smoking.  I have removed alot of reminders from my home and office and car.  i am getting my car washed and steam cleaned today to get out the yuckie  from smoking in it.  I am on my last pack and by the time i leave work today that will be gone.  I bought my patches and this is how i am going to tackle the nicodemon.  My will is strong and so is the fight!  i had a weird dream last night that i set the house of fire by sleeping with a cigarrette in my hand, WHEW! Thank goodness it was just a dream!  Wish me luck and I will be posting more today and tomorrow.
