Glad to hear that you are reminding yourself of all of the reasons that you want to remain quit. I am sure your kids and your health are some of the top reasons. You know we're always here for you, stay strong

whew.
Have to say I was a little worried when you did not post yesterday.

Great to see you have gotten even stronger and ready to take on this addiction. It's insidious.  Mental and physical and to the core. You CAN DO IT!!!
You have done it before and you can do it again!!!!!!

Kelly is 100% correct... you are normal. Always come here for help and to stay centered.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks All!!

This is such a tough addiction. Rationally I can tell myself that after 30 days I'm not fighting nicotine withdrawal. I realize it's just the addict looking to engage in the behavior of smoking.
But damn it has its hooks in me.

Just taking one moment at a time and continually reminding myself of my reasons for quitting.

Thanks so much for continuing to stand with me..I feel like such a whinny baby

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 7/26/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 30
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 900
Amount Saved: $150.00
Life Gained:
Days: 4 Hrs: 11 Mins: 59 Seconds: 50
