Water can be instrumental for flushing out those toxins and can be beneficial with weight maintenance :) Start slow and work your way up! Josie, Support Specialist

Hello all, I wanted to offer a tip to help those with their first few dsys. This tip is not my own but it is widley known as a way to cleanse yourself from addicition. it is also what made my quit so easy. First 3 days - Drink lots and lots of water. Don't just have water with you all day, you need to jug it. You need to drink half your body weight in water in 5 or 6 sittings and not after meals. So if you weigh 200 pounds you need to drink 100oz of water. Now if you are not used to this much water you need to add some slat to your diet if you usually do not add salt to food. The reason is becuaes you will remove all the salt in your body if you do not replace it. your body needs salt. I started this on day one and have not stopped. It makes you feel so much better to stay hydrated and cleansed. Gove it a shot if you're a healthy person. It really works and it's free. Remeber I quit cold turkey after more than a pack a day for 15 years. It's easy to quit, it's hard to know you are killing yourself. Good luck all quitters. We are so proud of you.
