Well, everyone's withdrawl symptoms vary, as everyone's quit is different. For me, it has been somewhat emotional...I am reacting more sensitively to things than I used to. My sleep has been a bit disrupted, my mind is a bit foggy and it is a bit more difficult to concentrate. Other than that, I have had no other withdrawl issues. There will be cravings, and you may be more aware of them, but if you are able to put your attention ANYWHERE else, you will find it to be easy to stop thinking about them. Don't forget, whilst smoking we would still crave, but the difference is, we can no longer feed the craving.
I would suggest doing some research on here, and hear what others have said regarding their withdrawls. You can also do a google search on it and inform yourself that way.
