I AM TAKING ONE DAY AT A TIME BUT DOING GOOD. I ALSO FEEL A LITLE DEDEPRESSED AND SOOOO CRABBY. EVERYONE STAYS FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM ME IN CASE I BITE!!! I KNOW I AM GOING TO STICK TO IT THIS TIME. DEEP BREATHING HELPS A LOT AND SO DOES TAKING A SHORT WALD AROUND THE YARD WHEN THE CRAVE HITS. GETTING A LOT OF SUPPORT FROM THE SITE AND I REALIZE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING THROUGH THIS AND THAT ALSO HELPS. WISH ME LUCK ON ANOTHER SMOKE FREE DAY AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL THOSE THAT WILL JOIN US IN THIS TERRIBLE FIGHT AGAINST OL NIC. I AM GLAD TO SEE HE IS THE ONE WITH THE ILLNESS NOW NOT ME!!!

Keep going!
Your luck is in the coping mechanisms you are using. One day at a time.
Good for you for getting through. Remember to reward yourself and cheer yourself.
Hooray for you you will be through day 2 soon and onto day three. WAY TO GO!

Well done you - take a good look at yourself - you are doing this and doing it beautifully. Your attitutde is great and you mention lots of coping strategies. Do remember also to treat yourself. You have saved $6.00 by not smoking and you are on day 2. Time for a reward I think so go and indulge yourself in style. Rewards really do help and they are the fun part of quitting so go for it.
All the very best
