Hi. I've stopped because I kept getting bronchitis and then just feeling low. I'm trying hard not to stuff myself with BAD GREEDY THINGS, but it's not easy. How long do the mouth ulcers last, anyone ? They're rather alarming.
Never mind, it's nice not to belong to the 'lepers' standing outside pubs or restaurants in the pouring rain and wind, because they're in the thrall of their addiction.... there but for the grace of God.... and a nicotine patch.... go I.
By the way, my doctor took me off the stage one patches because of the sleeplessness, and put me straight onto the stage three, so I feel a bit antsy now and then, but I'm toughing it out as best I can. Tried the nicotine gum, but it gave me raging indigestion and a burny mouth. Ho hum...
