Edge (The Edge??) Glad to hear you're doing well. And it's also good to hear that it gets easier! Haven't found an answer to that Melanie, other than to grin and bear it. Sometimes you can't avoid a situation, and that's the only thing you can do. But still it helps not to be around smokers and to know that you're not the only one going through it. That's why this website is a huge help! I too have been away for awhile and am happy to report, STILL SMOKE FREE. It was pretty hard for 3 days before my vaca. I think due to being busy packing and such, which usually required lots of smoke brakes. Wasn't sure how the week of vaca would go, but glad to say it went fairly easily. Glad to be back and see everyone else doing good too!! Edgefan, Thanks for dropping by to let us know how you are doing :). What have you done to avoid the triggers of smoking? Many of our members are facing "slips" these days because they are having a hard time coping with their withdrawal symptoms. Members, please feel free to join in. Congratulations edgefan on quitting smoking and for being 37 days smoke-free! Take care, Melanie _______________________ The SSC Support Team
