Today makes 40 days of smoke free living. I can remember not able to go 4 hours without. I didn't find SSC until I had 35 (I think) days. I'm still having some of that quit smokers fog hanging on. For the last week I come on to the site every morning and stay most of the whole day sucking in every ounce of support I can. I read, re-read, relate, and re-relate just holding on to a life line that is giving me hope and assurance. I rally haven't posted because I feel that I have been so down and who really wants to hear from downers all the time. Yet when I read the answers to those who do post that are having a rough time it lifts me up and helps me know I'm not alone.
