Hi there OSA

You entitled your post 'Plan' and I saw your other post about quitting on 1 January.  Well Done for taking the decision to quit!  Welcome to the SSC.

Many people use 1 Jan as a good date to quit...new year,  new life sort of idea.  Many also fall by the wayside.  I'm NOT suggesting you will, but only pointing out what a good idea you have to have a PLAN. Many who fail did not have a plan.  It might also help other new quitters to know that preparation and planning are so important in a quit.

Working on it gave you some ideas to help in your quit.  There is a huge amount of other knowledge on this site.  Search for topics you think may help you.  read as much as you can and post as you go.  We can help you.

See you soon I hope!

Love Lolly.
