I'm back because I had forgotten the golden rule of never take another puff. Your update has inspired me to make sure that this time I don't make that mistake.

Hey Max,

This is exactly what I was talking about.. reading and learning from those who have quit with us and before us! After reading your intro and blog, I'll try to find some of the older posts that I feel may be helpful to you and "bump" them forward for you to read.

I'm also glad that you bumped this forward in hopes that a particular swimmer may return and give us an update on the story!

As your biggest critic and one of the group that "spanked" you when you caved, please let me be the first to congratulate you not only on the quit, but also your growing up, your marriage and now motherhood.
