today is my 3rd day... took off from work since i always liked to say that work (which consist of many outside errands) was always the biggest reason i couldn't quit... still have to face it tomorrow but it will put 3 days and a spin class (whoo) behind me.

No intros yet... so here is my info...
busy bee worker smoked for 15 years and got to the point i didn't even realize the days that i smoked 40  plus YUCK!  i quit every morning... after talking myself up a tnight... beating myself up about not doing it... of course 5 mins after waking p... still smoking... i can't remember actually trying this hard before...my new non-smoking b.f. has been let in on my "secret smoking" and now congratulate me, and my sister (quit smoking a year ago) is getting married in sept and i want to be a healthy M.O.H so hi to everyone here...congrats to you and thanks for this site!
