So in Nebraska people never use their "Emergency Kitten"...according to GMA...WOW I'm in CA and we break that glass quite a bit .  Anyway glad things are doing better for you and I think for your 2 weeks anniversary you need to get Bob over and have him mow your lawn for you.  You get to sit in the hot tub with your favorite beverage right now for all you have accomplished.  Things are looking up Sparky

The day went okay.  Best part is MM is back on the boards.  Glad you had a great time, but some of these guys (won't mention any names ) need your attention. Heehee. Bob no way am I going to shovel my lawn , it is enough to do the drive way, side walks and patio.  I think the snow is now behind us.  We will be working in the yard this week.  My plants need to see the sunshine.  Can't wait to say hello to them all

Surprisingly the sleep hasn't been to bad this time around, but I still wake up for my "smoke" time.  I have some water and piece of candy and back to sleep.  But the one thing that hasn't changed is the appetite.  OMG, I am eating everything in site.  Knew it would happen and thought it would be different LOL  Oh how I do love my sweets   I know the quit comes first, but I have worked so hard to drop 10 pounds, but here they are marching towards me.  Run, Run LOL

Keep the Quit

Good for you!  Just got home today, but I did get your email and have something coming your way very soon.  You have continued to be in my thoughts and prayers!  Hooray!!!  One week down!  I will be honest with you, my friend, several times during our trip I had to suck on my inhaler and tell Hubby and Tori to go ahead without me because I could not keep up.  Smoking has done that to me.
Be proud of that week and keep up this quit!  Love ya!

Great attitude!!
Drowning the smoking toughts works!. I'm addicted to the cranberry juice, so I drink it by the gallon. You know the addict in me has to do everything with a kind of compulsion. At least I have better kidneys now(lol). They say that cranberry is a great antioxidant and great for the kidneys.
IYes, we have to scream NOPE as much as we can. Today, I went to the gym and I forgot my ipod. I went crazy because I can't workout without MY music. But anyway because I was bored I decided that my workout session could also be a brainwashing session. So I ran for an hour repeating to myself: You hate smoking, Smoking is filthy, You are free!! I guess you can call that selfhypnosis. I have the hope that I could deprogram at least ten smoking toughts (LOL). And I suspect everybody at the gym thinks I'm a crazy nonsmoker (LOL)
Keep your quit Sparky
