Hi all smiles tonight as I've passed week 1 !!!

I feel completely relieved as I know that things can only get better now.

Today has been good, the cravings have not been strong and they haven't lasted long.

Tonight I am going to curl up on the settee and watch a dvd, my choice and if the family don't want to join me then that's fine, to be honest I feel like watching a romantic weepy and don't think the boys will like that. But then this is my reward!!!

Tomorrow is a another day, hopefully it will be as good as today if not then I will cope with it and be strong.

All the best to everyone Debby.
