Well I am on day four and feeling great.  The quitting was not the hard part; the hard part was not being honest from the start.  I have seen others say they smoked and didn't change their quit dates, so I thought I could get away with it.  I can not.  I had a great quit going and no one can take that away, oh sorry I did.  So I am smoke free and moving forward with no skeletons in my closet.  I am free today and it feels wonderful.
