Thanks goofy for the explanation.

Basically the SSC is a place where you can get away, share you hopes, fears, troubbles and achievements with members going through or that have gone through the same as you.

Thanks for this post.  It did clarify what the heck the "beach" and "cruise" and all other wonderful milestone steps were.  I cant want to be in the "who's your daddy" stage lol

''who's your daddy week'' is correct.

because after you've obtained 2 weeks smoke free , you can stare cigarettes right in the face and say ''who's your daddy cigarettes , I AM'' !

Thanks Goofy,

I wasn't sure what the significance of the Cruise and Beach were, thanks for clearing it up.

I think I've seen week 3 called "Who's your daddy week"???   I have no idea why.

During our quits, we have some milestones...

1st week is Hell week!!! I think you all can understand why...

2nd week is Heck week...Not quite as bad as hell week, but still pretty rough.

I forgot what astrofan labeled 3rd week, sorry, astro.

After fifty days we are on our SSC cruise ship. Now the cravings are mainly a bad habit that we're overcoming..So we are starting to cruise through our quit..Right?

100 days..we lower the gangplank and arrive at the special SSC beach!!

If I got something wrong, I'm sure someone will speak up!!

Good luck to all the "newbies". You are definitely at the right place to quit!!
