Hi Ginette, Welcome back. Way to go on your 15+ days. You are well past hell and heck week now. Just keep up that positive mental attitude and remember, if you don't want to be a smoker..... N.O.P.E.! Awesome! You have 15 days! You must reward yourself, don't forget how important that is. Thomas Edison said regarding the light bulb
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
and
I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.
Try not to kick yourself, because you didn't quit quitting, you're right back here with us, AND YOU QUIT! How cool is that? Well, I'm back again. Have been away for a while now. I've had a few slips which I'm not proud of. My quit date is March 21. I'm so happy to be smoke free. I went off Chantix because it was really making me sick...I slept all of the time and was nauseous on a few occasions. But I think I'll be ok. Just got to keep up that positive attitude. I don't want to smoke and that's all there is to it. I'm happy that I don't smell bad any more and that I can breathe easy now. I'm still wheezing a bit but not as bad as before. I hope it clears up. Hope everybody is having a good day.
