Fred, So glad you're doing well. If you're looking to curb your sweet tooth, there are sugar free candies that are great. Fruit is also a great choice! Members, any other ideas? Sylvie, Moderator

Hi Fred, Congratulations on 48 hours smoke free! I'm so glad you feel good, but do be prepared for bad times. I'm not predicting doom and gloom, just have a contingency plan, OK? Keep on reading and posting, you have the power to be a star! Just remember NOPE = Not One Puff Ever! Thanks your support means a lot to me. I love this web site. I think i'm doing great, it's my second day as a non smoker. So far so good, I just wish I could find a way to satisfy my craving for sweets in a healthy way...one thing I've found is that diet soda is a good way to get the sweet fix.. don't let me near the chocolate bar isle at the corner store I think Im doing great; it's my second day as a non smoker. So far so good, but Im so hungry, can't stop.....eating......chocolate My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 25 Amount Saved: $9.75 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 7 Mins: 29 Seconds: 6
