That smell saddens me now. I still smell it, adn I still take note of it - it's not gone form my life yet, but it doesn't trigger me or anger me like it used to. I guess that's a good thing. I agree, I hate the smeel of smoke on peoples clothes. It is repulsive, but i have to admit sometimes the smell of a cigarette while it is being smoked can sometimes trigger me. NOT the stale cigarette smoke thou. In a (sort of) related story ... I burnt microwave popcorn very badly the other day and it was scorched and smokin'. I accidentally breathed in the smoke and started coughing and coughing. To think I used to deliberatly put cigarette smoke full of chemicals into my lungs - how crazy is that?! I've really been noticing the horrid stench when a friend comes to visit. Coming in from the cold and nicotine soaked into their coat, scarf, hat almost makes me sick to my stomach. Problem is, where the heck am I supposed to put these items ? In MY closet ? NO WAY ! I hang them on the kitchen chair and tell them my closet is completely full. I KNOW that if I were to hang them up my clothes will 'catch' the stink :8o: EWWWW.. cooties ! LOL! Peace :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 28 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 560 Amount Saved: $252.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 5 Mins: 49 Seconds: 50

That's right Blue, I strut when I walk now. :) Yeah, I used to think it was that people just didn't like me when they used to get up and move away from me when entering a room after just burning one. Now they can move away because of excess gas,.. LOL. And yesterday when I was at the airport, inside where there is no smoking, the automatic doors opened and all the smoker's smoke came inside! OMG! It was a visible cloud and it smelled abominable! I am sooooo very sorry I mistreated my family and friends so badly! Yay! We are now going green! Love the bicycle John...it is the same way when you walk outside the grocery store at home. Almost like a slap in the nose. I am so glad I don't have the addiction any more.
