This is Great news, Peaceful One. Good sleep, good breathing, good smells around you and your house, big relief that your two children will never see you smoking again, great to be relaxed with your husband now!! patrick My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/18/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 60 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,500 Amount Saved: $675.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 5 Mins: 59 Seconds: 56

Mine is in the abdomen too, I associate it with a craving when it isn't. It started creeping back at me a bit..but I told it to go away. ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 103 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,090 Amount Saved: $386.25 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 10 Mins: 10 Seconds: 25

A1, Boy, can I relate to your sleeping habits and your anxiety! My anxiety lives in my abdomen. I have been having some totally anxiety free days lately and I am so grateful for that! :) Sleep is slowly getting a wee bit better too. Blue Cloud,
We live and if we are lucky we learn.[quote/] Love that!:) Faith My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/23/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 86 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,150 Amount Saved: $1,032.00 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 19 Mins: 45 Seconds: 55

that is great to hear. It only gets better too!! I am so much calmer now than when I smoked. I didn't know what normal was. Smoking causes alot of mental anxiety that I thought was normal. We live and if we are lucky we learn. Wishing you many more good days. I don't know why, and I am not going to think about it, but I woke up this morning without ANY anxiety, at all. I actually slept through to my alarm clock. Usually I am up every 20-30 min at night, not matter what sleep aid I take. After 2 1/2 weeks of full blown anxiety, I feel so good today. I will take it, it is a keeper. Wish I knew what I did to make myself let go, but I am going to relish today ALL day, and put it in my memory book to remember on those not so good days. This is great, I love it. Hope others are having good days too, if not, I wish I could help. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 103 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,090 Amount Saved: $386.25 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 9 Mins: 47 Seconds: 45
