I don't know why, and I am not going to think about it, but I woke up this morning without ANY anxiety, at all. I actually slept through to my alarm clock. Usually I am up every 20-30 min at night, not matter what sleep aid I take. After 2 1/2 weeks of full blown anxiety, I feel so good today. I will take it, it is a keeper. Wish I knew what I did to make myself let go, but I am going to relish today ALL day, and put it in my memory book to remember on those not so good days. This is great, I love it.
