Hi everyone. We can't believe how much different our bodies feel in just under 2 weeks of not smoking!
I've been staying fairly active with walks (almost on a daily basis). Last night after work, I snowblowed and shovelled our huge driveway and stairs, then hubby and I took the dogs for a 3km walk (with 4 big hills). No wheezing, coughing, or stopping on the uphill grade. The other big difference I've noticed is that hubby's not constantly clearing his throat anymore. He always seemed to have a funny tickle that need clearing every couple of minutes, but it's completely gone! We just assumed it was something he'd have forever, but I guess it's always been related to his smoking.
:)
