still have so many smoking thoughts in the mornings

That stinks. I wonder why...have you talked to a doctor or anything? The good news is that you are still smoke free. Do you have difficulty "letting go" of other things in your life as well?? (didn't know if it may just be your personality to savor as long as possible) Maybe you should shake up your routine a little. I really wish that I could help you but I am stumped.... :quest: My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 370 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,550 Amount Saved: $1,554.00 Life Gained: Days: 35 Hrs: 4 Mins: 29 Seconds: 22

I still have so many smoking thoughts in the mornings. I have to drink my fresh ground coffee..then i pop some sugarless gum; but gosh. It depresses me, I think. I still have not experienced that, "WOW, I'm free" feeling. I think that I have had short glimpses of it, but life is life and everyday, I still think about cigs. I am not trying to dwell, they just pop into my head. I get this fear that I will never be free from these thoughts of picking up a cigarette. But, another day smoke free. I am thankful. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 232 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,568 Amount Saved: $1,160.00 Life Gained: Days: 32 Hrs: 9 Mins: 46 Seconds: 24
