Hi, Jazz. Congrats to you & your hubby on quitting & on 5 awesome days!
If you use your time on the patch to identify triggers and put strategies in place for them, to understand the reasons you smoked & re-inforce your reasons for quitting, and to be excited and positive about all the good things that are happening to your body, then you will have no problem at all when it's time to get off the NRT.
You might have some little nagging craves for a couple of days and you might feel a little bit cranky & tired. Remember, by the time you get to the end of the program, you are actually getting very little nicotine and you have been training yourself to do without the habit part of smoking.
Good luck with it & keep it up, you're doing great!
