Good idea Bear. Remember that each situation we make it through without smoking, makes us that much stronger for the next! The holiday's can definately be strength building. Many Christmas seasons have been lonely for me. Try to remember that there are the homeless, those that have to work, those that have lost loved ones at this time of year, those dying of cancer, and so on. When we stop and think about it, we are truly blessed. Be thankful for all you have this season and don't forget the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone! Christmas is a pretty scary time for a lot of people. There's the stress of buying just the right gift, preparing dinner for your family and in many cases being alone and as we all know this can lead to a lot of triggers. So I would like to make a suggestion if I may.Instead of looking at these triggers in a negative way look at them as a Chrismas Gift to yourself. Now I know it's difficult to regard them in this way when your in the middle of it all but the more of these triggers you're able to cope with the better of you'll be in the long run.And you are here for the long run are'nt you. :) Oh by the way Merry Xmas to all the beautiful people of SSC.
