Hello everyone and I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday weekend. I was in Florida with my family enjoying a smoke free vacation. Although I struggled at times because both my mom and sister were smoking, my kid's and hubby kept me strong (besides, they would have killed me if I had smoked!) I just ate alot, swam in the pool alot and drank alot of water, which helped. Not smoking is a choice. I feel GREAT about making it through without smoking. It's a good feeling, although I do have residual intense cravings. Maybe from being outside with them while they smoked, I'm not sure. The craves come in waves, and I have been able to fight them off. The voices tell me to reward myself for being so good, they LIE!!!!!
Thanks,
Kaiti
