Of course I am glad I quit. But I am glad that I have finally quit for the last time.
Cal7773 I do not have small children, but I do have grandsons and I just hated it when I would visit and they would see go out to smoke. I would try and sneak out so they wouldn't see me, but I got caught a few times. Then they would want to come out and be with Nana. I am so grateful I do not have to do that anymore. Now I step outside to be with them.
I still have the fear of slipping, but I think it is a healthy one for me. I know I can alway smoke again, but I do not know if I could quit again. So today I am quit and tomorrow will take care of itself, right?
I love to breath, walk, to smell good and the freedom.!!!!
