Honestly, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this place. This "quitting lark" can be a difficult thing but often the most challenging things have the sweetest rewards. It's amazing to "see" them happening in other people's lives - to witness just a sliver of the growth that is possible when our heads come out of the fog.
Sometimes it is good to feel life and all it holds. To breathe it in deeply and really live :)
