Hey Sparky - I missed this one.

Just thinking. What has changed since I quit smoking?
I am much healthier
I smell better
I am not wasting valuable time smoking
I am enjoying my senses coming alive again.
I am able to go and do just about anything I want and not worry about whether I can smoke or not.

I have exchanged my 3:00AM cig for handful of animal crackers :gasp:
