Hey Sparky - I missed this one. Let's see... 1. I don't have to try and hide my habit from friends, coworkers and families. 2. I can enjoy events, long car rides, etc without worrying about when I will get my next cigarette. 3. I am more fit than I have ever been. 4. My new lifestyle has brought new friends and new opportunities. 5. I have some great friends from SCC 6. I don't smell, my house doesn't smell and my car doesn't smell. 7. I discovered that I CAN do anything!! allof those things excpet the animal crackers. If I'm waking up at 3:00 am, it ain't for crackers, hun! Also, I have more self-confidence because I am doing this hard thing. I can let people get close to me because I don't worry about smelling like old smoke. Just thinking. What has changed since I quit smoking? I am much healthier I smell better I am not wasting valuable time smoking I am enjoying my senses coming alive again. I am able to go and do just about anything I want and not worry about whether I can smoke or not. I am gaining a lot of new friends here at SCC I have exchanged my 3:00AM cig for handful of animal crackers :gasp: Those are just a few to the things that have changed. What about you?
