Take it one day at a time and push yourself to make a positive change for the better!
-Josie
It will be so nice to enjoy the party without thinking about when I can have my next smoke!

Just keep stringing those non-smoking mornings together and one day (who knows which), one of the mornings won't seem as bad.

When you quit for yourself, you are protective of your quit, and you won't let anyone or any circumstance come between you and your new life.
-Rusty
The good news is that you can grow yourself out of this, but it takes time. Sadly a great many people give up early.

For most smokers, the best time to quit is tomorrow. There's unlikely to be that magical configuration of stars and moon which means your life is in perfect harmony. It may happen, but I personally wouldn't wait around for it.
