Good post Stickin. When you feel you can't go on, just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Eventually you will get to where you want to be. Don't give up and don't look back. Life is too short to waste. I wish I had quit years ago. I'm glad I quit when I did. To get over this, the STRING has to be cut! Women that I have known are quit good at cutting the string and stickin to keeping the string cut. Apply this skill to your quit and bear in mind that you dont need a smoke so dont think about. A smoke is something none of us should live for so go on, and lets get up and over the hump where green pastures abound. You can live life without smoking. Do not get caught up in the thoughts, keep moving, and move forward and beyond. On the fence is not pleasant, so get up, up and over! All you need to do is cut that string. All else is in the coping skills that you have learned. How else would you like to be remembered?
