Trip

I am back from our short trip. Went to see our daughter and her family. One the way out there were some triggers, but that is all they were. Hubby use to stop at rest stops so I could smoke, this time we just stop for the reason rest stops are for :eg: So those stops causes some uncomfortable moments. While at my daughter's I had a few. but they went away. I even had a day where I had only one or two thoughts!! WOW a first for me. I had a great time with the grandsons. I didn't have to hide and smoke this time. I could give them my full attention. It was great. Also while I was there I had coffee with a member from SSC. It was great. This quit has been awesome. It makes me smile all the time.
