Set a new date and get back as soon as possible. You have days where you didn't smoke. No one can take those away from you. Now you can start again and continue to add days one day at a time. Get rid of all the matches, lighter, ash trays, butts, whatever there is that may trip you up. Duh!!! Get rid of the cigs. Hope to "see" you soon.
