I feel so good!!! I had dinner out with five friends tonight - all smokers. Where I live there is no smoking in resturants anymore, what a relief!!! Anyway I had a wonderful time. On the other hand they (all of them) at one point got up and went outside to smoke. Not once but twice!!! It felt so good not to have to join them. There is freedom and it feel so good. I have told all of them about this web site and how I have made friends from all over the world. A couple said they would check it out, hope so. When they would go out I would think of simlar posts here where other had the same experice. See, I take you guys with me all the time ;p Thanks for helping me stay smoke free one more day!!!
