Did not really bother me before. So I am learning how to deal with all that too. ITS ALL GOOD. Yesterday went okay, sorta. In the afternoon after I had posted, I got a little cranky  In the past I always planned my quit around when my husband was at work, this time he is home so I guess I am cranky. I know I feel a little out of wack, but what the hey. Anyway he got in the car and left for awhile and while he was gone I went for another walk (2.5mile.) He did the best thing for both of us. I can get pretty nasty when I am moody. I am looking forward to today. Nebrasks is on TV this afternoon, 2:30 central time on the fox network if anyone is interested :p Think I will try and get another walk in. Everyone have a great day - GO BIG RED!!! The longer your quit goes, if you keep up that walking, you're going to be in awesome shape too! Feels pretty good to be on your way to be REALLY getting health doesn't it? No matter how much I worked out before, I never felt totally healthy because of those darn cigarettes. Enjoy that ball game and you might advise hubby to put on a helmet and not stand too close :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 577 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,548 Amount Saved: $2059.89 Life Gained: Days: 61 Hrs: 3 Mins: 23 Seconds: 45
