I have been smoke free for almost 5 months now. It was hard and at times I want to smoke, but something always pops up to remind me to not give in to the nicodemon. My quit buddy was only able to make it a month and went back to heavy smoking. I tried to help him but nothing worked. Last week he was admitted to the hospital for his heart and high blood sugar, he is at home now and not allowed to do anything. He is only 42 years old. I know that smoking caused this and hopefully he will quit for good this time.
