So went to my sisters place for a few days, always tempting to smoke because she smokes and all her friends do too! She smokes in her apartment too! But guess wat? Didnt smoke! I had a dream the other night though that I slipped and had a smoke and woke up coughing like i actually inhaled smoke! Wata a nightmare, fwlt so real! Havent had a smoking dream in so long but being around it for 3 days triggers me I guess. there were a few times I was sceming to have one, without anyone knowing but the only person id be folling is myself!! I am very happy that i decided not to smoke, its getting easier and easier everytime I choose not to smoke and I feel good about myself!! :-) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 99 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 499 Amount Saved: $792 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 5 Mins: 12 Seconds: 17

Way to go Ang! It's always great when we can get past a weekend or any event that involves other people smoking. I know it's always a great feeling when you can come away from that feeling stronger! And look at you...your only one day away from the beach! Congrats! Celebrate and remember to reward yourself!! N.O.P.E.
