Hi everyone!! Great job of hanging on to your quit last night Angelic. I can only imagine how hard that was for you. I have so far stayed clear of that situation so I don't have that temptation. Today is going well. I can't believe that I have made it this far. I am so proud of myself. Hope everyone has a great day.

SanFernandoRed, your post made me smile - I have been avoiding cleaning for exactly your reasons!! There are certain chores that once I had completed them, I always rewarded myself with a smoke - so for the past week I have avoided them!!!! Clean lungs, dirty house!!! Made me laugh! I guess someday I will have to resume doing them though!!!!
Hey all.
Angelic you did amazing to hold out last night - congratulations! So far I haven't been around anyone who smokes since I quit - actually, there doesn't seem to be many people left that do smoke these days - so Jan A, your comment about the "in crowd" was spot on I think!!!!
Well done all - we've done so well haven't we?
"Smogfree Shamrocks"
What a cute name. Hope all is well with you!
Take care,
Ron

Hello,,
Hey I didn't realize the new people had thier own name. Kool I m in. I was beging to feel like a little fish in a big pond.
I have been doing great for the last couple of days. Really feeling like I was over the worst. But, today is a little tougher. I've been busy cleaning house and that makes me want to smoke..Clean the Kitchen, have a smoke. clean the bathroom, have a smoke..etc. It was always my way of rewarding myself for doing chores. So instead Im here postin posting posting.
Great to have a group.
keep up the good fight
