Cuddles,
I know there is no attention thing going on. This is an addiction and we are fighting a strong adversary. We are all here for you. Remember the only time you truly fail is the time that you stop trying to quit. Good Luck and hang in there.

Cuddles, I'm sorry about your Dad. My Mom's passing at the age of 58 was similar to your Dads'. She hung on for 9 mths before dying at home with my Dad and I taking care of her. That was 4 1/2 years ago, and I also smoked while I watched her fade away to 90 lbs. What part of the brain does Ol' Nic. infect that causes us to lose all sensible thoughts? If we watched someone die from virtually anything else, we would avoid it with all costs. For some reason with cancer and smoking, we just keep puffing away. Please don't feel bad about still smoking even though your Dad had cancer. There are alot of us who have also done that. Like you said, It's time to move on. We deserve to be healthy and smoke free. Keep Strong Cuddles. redrosie

Today went alot better than I thought it wood. Had a headache, but other than that it was a good day. I think I have my positive attitude back. And I am going to make it this time. At least I am going to give it one H*## of a try. Thank you for all of your support and advice, it really means alot. It would help if I had more support with my quit at home. But It is my quit and I will get through it, because I want it and that is what is important at this time.
