I am glad CBT helped Eleveno.

Thank you for sharing!

Sometimes it is possible to have a break from CBT, but it is always important to remember that we have it when we need it. It was the case about some days ago when I started noticing depression and anxiety escalating again, and because of a stressful event. I started recording my mood and came back here and things are stable again. Yoga is very good but with the help of CBT for the worst moments life could be manageable and even enjoyable. Thank you!
